Hi,

I got some troubles to work correctly the filter, this is our staging plateform : http://ln-www.1way.fr/carrinho-natural/ and you see there is a problem i just show 1 product and if i select one filtre i dont see anything

but the number of results are ok.. just the content dident show correctly

Can you help me please ?

Sorry for insist.. but we are a big market place with 6 000 000 visitors / months and we really need this filter active quickly, can you guys check with us what’s wrong on our website please ?

Please note that when you add a reply to the ticket, it moves to the end of support queue.

Sorry about the late reply.

Please disable plugin cache from the options page, it’s possible that your active theme or a plugin has its own cache system.

Please let me know more info about the situation, e.g. What theme and plugins do you use? Make sure there is no conflict, deactivate all plugins one by one and check if the plugin has started working or not.

Change your theme to another default theme and check again. I need to know which part is causing the problem to be able to help you.

ok sorry about that :) so we have our own template on child theme twentyfourteen, but we got a complex installation, with woocommerce, dokan for marketplace etc etc.. we got W3c for cache and a CDN on our big server.

i’ll do some others test, there is any config to do with W3C ?

The plugin works with W3C and it shouldn’t cause the problem.

Did you check disabling cache option? Did it change anything?

As I can’t test on your live site and you are using a custom template which the source code is not available, debugging this issue is a little hard.

If you can provide any more details, it may be helpful.
