Hello,

2 days ago I have purchased your product filter plugin, but it did not work.

I have been trhourgh whole docummentation, stopped all other plugins, reset my theme to generic one, but it still did not work. After contacting your support and openning a ticket I was adviced to do what I have already done and my ticket was closed. Unfortunatelly, I cannot reopen it again.

I want money I have paid back, since it has already caused a lot of trouble.

Our ticket system closes the threat after an agent reply, you can add a reply to a closed ticket by clicking the link at the end of each ticket.

Can you provide a demo so I can see and help you?
