This is the most terrible support I have ever had to deal with.

Closing tickets automatically without even solving the trouble? No problem, support guy promised me to keep a ticket open, but all of a sudden closed it.

I have explained it MULTIPLE times, but not steps were taken.

I am fed up with this and already made copies of every support ticket.

Now you choose:

1.) You give me my money back for the overpriced plugin that does not even work.

2.) Let it be, and will make sure to spend some time on writting a proper comment in envato and a post in my blog about this whole story.

That simple.

Your last ticket was left open manually and then it was closed automatically because of not having activity.

It’s true that you have opened several tickets but please provide details about the problem, we need to know the problem to be able to solve it.

No other option, we have talked about all the other details before and it has been over a month already.

We need details about the problem to be able to fix it, if you just open tickets without explaining the problem and without providing a live demo, how can we fix it?
